Privacy notice

This notice describes the information requested on Prism School’s demo and school referral forms.

What we collect

When you ask for a walkthrough or refer your school, we may collect your name, role (where relevant), email address or phone number, school name, city, state, optional school website, optional approximate student-count range, area of interest, consent choices and campaign attribution parameters.

How it is used

We use these details to respond to a demo request, review a school referral, prevent duplicate or ineligible submissions, and understand which campaigns bring visitors to the site. We do not ask for student names, student identifiers, marks, health details or other child records in these forms.

Sharing and retention

Referral details are for Prism’s authorized team to review. We do not promise a reward based only on a form submission. Before public launch, Prism must publish its actual contact details, retention period, deletion-request process, service-provider list and any applicable legal terms here.

Your choices

You may decline to submit the form. If you have already sent a request, contact Prism through the channel provided by your school or Prism representative to ask about access or deletion.
